No one knows who she is, where she came from, or where she gets her items, but the black-market antiquities dealer,

known only as “The Keeper,” has opened a temporary gallery nearby (At the Turners Falls High School May 17th

through the 19th). Items for sale include missing masterpieces from history, curio’s, treasures, and secrets, all on sale

for the right price to the right buyer.

This year, The Keeper has a most unusual item at her shop: the “Hint of Spring,” a metaphorical and philosophical

manifestation of the cue to end winter and begin the new growing season. The Keeper has grown very fond of the

Hint of Spring and refuses to part with it. However, with a little persuasion, she might reconsider, especially when

tempted by an equally intriguing or greater item. Hence begins the adventure. You will meet some of the Greenwood

Residents and help to put Spring in the right place, Or will you? Will you choose wisely? We shall soon see...

Skeleton Crew Theater (SCT) shows play out as part scavenger hunt and part theater. Participants, accompanied by a

mysterious guide called "The Seer", are lead through a mysterious forest, filled with larger than life animatronics.

Along the way, SCT participants can choose to interact with this cast of characters, collect clues and artifacts, and

ultimately determine the ending of their own show.

SCT tailors each show to the philosophy of "The Hero’s Journey", the classic mythical story structure that has aided

such works as George Lucas’s Star Wars Trilogy and JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series. Participants play the role of

the “hero” in a tale of good vs. evil and choose from one of two different endings. SCT is a little taste of

Disneyworld in our own backyard.
