Peacemaker Awards for Deserving Teens

posted Feb 21, 2013, 7:43 AM by Anastasia Quinn Keck
Dear Friends,

It's that time of year again.    As we look for spring, we of the Interfaith Council and Traprock Center for Peace and Justice are looking for nominations of high school age young people - in school or not - who have made a difference for the causes of peace and justice in their circles, communities or beyond.   This year we have expanded the age group to include eighth graders.   Please think about the young people you work with in your various social service capacities and take time to give them a chance for recognition.

We will accept nominations until April 5th.  The awards willl be presented at the GCC Cafeteria on May 16th at 7:00 in the evening.

Here are flyers, information and nomination forms for your use. Please download the three documents and help us to spread the word.

With our deep appreciation for your work and the help you can give in this endeavor,
