**Families can participate in holiday programs with only one of these agencies. In other words, if they have registered with SA, they are not eligible with MCSM and vice-versa.

Application process: Fill out an application November 30 - December 2, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. to receive up to 2 toys per child and a food basket

Sidney Smith Toy Fund - Berkshire Children & Families

Verification: For Community Action Resource Center referrals – income eligibility screening may include verifying that they receive some sort of other public assistance

United Way Hampshire County Partner Agency referrals – program to use income eligibility guidelines for other program participation and best judgment
Process: Must be referred by a United Way Hampshire County Partner Agency (possibly also through Community Action Resource Center Information/Help line, pending confirmation)
Important note: Family/children must NOT have received any other toy/voucher give-away, i.e. Sydney Smith Fund, Salvation Army (unless older children not eligible under other program guidelines); most families prefer to be on the Sydney Smith Fund so suggest they are referred to this resource first

Verification: Photo ID with proof of address and proof of children they would like to register.
Process: Register in person at ASC after Nov 26th or at Immanuel Lutheran Church during the event. Only one parent/caregiver may register as a "primary" caregiver, and if the child lives in two homes the non custodial parent may register for a few gifts.
