Call for Nominations for the 8th annual Youth Citizen of the Year Award

posted Apr 4, 2013, 9:52 AM by Anastasia Quinn Keck
The Recorder is asking the Franklin County community to once again help us recognize an outstanding community member.  The 8th annual Youth Citizen of the Year Award is an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of a young person who lives and/or goes to school in Franklin County.

Nominees should be under the age of 21 and should be committed to community service.

Attached to this post is a nomination form designed for standard printing.  Feel free to print as many copies as necessary.  Though lines have been provided on the front to explain the reasons for your nomination, you are NOT limited to that space.  We encourage you to write on the back of the page or to attach additional pages.  It is helpful for the committee to have more information.

Completed forms need to be returned to the Recorder offices by the deadline of Friday, May 17th, 2013 at 5PM.
